Deep Linking: Improved the workspacerecords.com central record management configuration in email notifications. "Shared Record" and "Stage Change" emails now correctly link deep into the specific record in the application.
Pagination: Implemented "Load More" functionality in the System Audit Log, improving performance and allowing access to extensive historical logs. Improved Messaging: Audit log entries now clearly distinguish between "Archived" and permanently "Deleted" items for better traceability.
Contact & Company Filters: The Pipeline Board now includes dynamic dropdown filters. Users can filter visible deals by specific Contacts or Companies associated with the pipeline.
Soft Deletion: Pipeline deletion has been replaced with an "Archive" action. This prevents accidental data loss by preserving the pipeline and its associated deals in a hidden state. Archives View: A new "Archives" tab has been added to Settings > Data Administration. Admin users can view all archived pipelines here. Restoration: Added the ability to restore any archived pipeline. Restoring a pipeline immediately makes it and all its deals active and visible again.

When records are shared with client. They are often shared with a unique link to track record pipeline stage However, when same client receive several shared record. It can quick become difficult to manage all this record unique links This feature will allow client to be able to view and see all record that have been shared with them with just their email on the workspacerecord landing page Without having to follow unique link of each records
Forms can now be restricted by allow All contacts in organization only All company contact Selected contacts only Selected companies only Mixed This means, for this form to be accessed, user will have to validate their access with their email
Supporting workflow automations can help improve how records and data flows throughout the pipeline and how communications and conversion are setup with client and their activities management
Ability to share record with client externally to view record details and pipeline progress. This can be useful in many usecase including supports etc
